Our client is an internationally renowned specialist in the manufacturing of large-dimension shafts and rollers. Located in Cuijk, the company supplies high-precision components such as ship shafts, pump shafts, and cylinders to customers worldwide. With a professional culture, short lines of communication, and an informal yet focused work environment, the company fosters a space where personal initiative and responsibility are highly valued.

We are currently looking for a skilled CNC Operator TURNER to join the production team. In this position, you will be primarily responsible for operating CNC lathes to machine materials including steel, stainless steel, and duplex, ensuring high accuracy and meeting delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and program CNC turning machines for large industrial components
• Work with a variety of materials including steel and alloys
• Read and interpret technical drawings with high precision
• Conduct product quality inspections using appropriate measuring techniques
• Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and improve processes

Candidate Profile

You are proactive, flexible, and capable of working independently. You take pride in your craftsmanship, show initiative, and are committed to delivering quality results. You are motivated to contribute to continuous improvement in a high-performance manufacturing setting.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the metal industry as a CNC Operator Turner
• Proficient in reading technical drawings
• Experience with CNC controls such as Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc, or Fagor
• Solid understanding of measurement techniques for quality control
• Own transport (car) is required
