We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Operator/Programmer to join the production team at Airborne. In this role, you will be responsible for both operating and programming high-tech machinery used in the production of precision components for satellites.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and program the following machines:
-
- Autoclave
- ATL Robot Cell
- CNC Milling Machine
- Cutting Machine

- Monitor machines to ensure a stable and efficient production process.
- Conduct visual and measurement inspections to maintain product quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues; liaise with technical services for maintenance.
- Work in a 2-shift system and participate actively in smooth shift handovers.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety and hygiene protocols.
You will be part of a supportive and tight-knit production team. You’ll collaborate closely with team leaders, supervisors, and colleagues from Quality and Engineering departments. The team values open communication, mutual support, and a commitment to high standards and safety.
Requirements
- Experience in operating and programming the listed machines (at least 2 years)
- A team-oriented and responsible individual who values long-term career opportunities.
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system.
