Opis stanowiska

Our dutch partner is looking for industrial bakery production workers, with private accommodation, possessing a strong understanding of baking techniques. Bakery workers assist in the production of baked goods, in addition to greeting and serving possible customers. This job may include working both in the kitchen and in the bakery’s front of house.

Your main responsibilities are:

Preparation of bread dough, forming bread and bread products from the dough;
Decorating and displaying finished products;
Packing baked bread and bread products;
Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls;
Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, production levels and to track expiry dates;
Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.

You should be prepared to work in three shifts schedule, including weekends, depending on the workflow. It’s a long term job offer.

Temperature, inside the warehouse, is warm.

Umiejętności

CV in English is needed to apply for this job;
Previous experience in serving customers in a bakery environment (preferred);
Motivated to work in a bakery, being efficient and friendly with a focus on food quality and customer satisfaction;
Strong communication, time management skills;
Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products;
Advanced ability to multitask and follow instructions given by bakers.
Prepared to work in warm conditions, with food;
Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, night, weekend and holiday availability;
Knowledge of food and health industry regulations;
Prepared to stay in Netherlands for long term.
