 In this critical role, you'll handle the preparatory work required for high-quality vehicle repairs. Your responsibilities include:

• Sanding vehicle surfaces with precision
• Masking and taping parts to prepare for painting
• Priming components for finishing
• Ensuring each vehicle is perfectly prepped before entering the paint booth
• Working collaboratively within a skilled and motivated team

Job Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a pain prep technician or in a similar role
• Skilled in sanding, masking, and priming techniques
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and eager to grow
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong commitment to quality

Compensation & Benefits
