Van de Haterd, a reliable family-owned company, is looking for an experienced Truck Mechanic to join their dedicated team! You will handle maintenance and repairs on a fleet of concrete and cement tankers, along with general yard and equipment tasks. Flexibility and a hands-on attitude are essential, as this is a varied role where teamwork and responsibility go hand in hand.

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on trucks, tankers, and other machinery.
• Diagnose and solve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues.
• Support general yard maintenance and assist with equipment when needed.
• Work independently and contribute as part of a tight-knit, supportive team.

Requirements:

• Proven mechanical experience, preferably with trucks or tankers (at least 1 year).
• Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset and a hands-on attitude.
• Reliable team player, willing to help where needed.
• Commitment to safety and working in an organized, clean manner.
