Our client operates a state-of-the-art production facility in Eindhoven with a modern, well-maintained machine park. The production hall is equipped primarily with Matsuura 5-axis milling machines with pallet loaders, enabling high-precision machining for demanding industries.

As a CNC 5-Axis Miller, you will independently set up, program, and operate advanced CNC milling machines. You will produce high-precision components from a variety of materials, including titanium, (exotic) stainless steel, aluminum, and 3D-printed parts.

The products range in size from 10 mm up to 700 mm and require high accuracy and attention to detail. You will work closely with colleagues in a motivated team and contribute to a high-quality production process.

This is a two-shift position, offering variety and technical challenges in a modern manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating 5-axis CNC milling machines
• Programming and adjusting machine parameters
• Producing precision parts according to technical drawings
• Working with advanced materials and tight tolerances
• Performing quality checks and ensuring dimensional accuracy
• Contributing to continuous improvement and process optimization

Job Requirements

• Completed technical education in machining or proven experience as a machinist
• At least 3 years of experience with 3-axis or 5-axis milling machines, or strong motivation to grow into 5-axis machining
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Knowledge of form and position tolerances
• Experience with Fanuc control is an advantage (not mandatory)
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
• High focus on quality and precision
