As a Production Worker in modular construction, you’ll help build the future of housing by manufacturing key components of wooden homes. Your tasks will include:

• Producing wooden walls, floors, and roofs for modular housing
• Working from technical drawings using tablets, framing machines, and hand tools
• Performing quality checks on your work to ensure precision and durability
• Rotating between workstations and supporting your team wherever needed
• Collaborating in a fast-paced, multicultural work environment

Requirements

• At least 1 year of technical or production experience, ideally in woodwork or construction
• Ability to read simple 2D technical drawings
• A2 level of English or higher
• Open to working with diverse cultures and nationalities
• Positive energy, physical stamina (the job involves heavy lifting), and a hands-on attitude
• Willingness to work long-term in the Netherlands
• Driving license is an advantage but not mandatory (if the candidate doesn't have a DL he has to be willing to drive 15 km by eBike)

Practical Information

• Working hours: 2 shifts, possible to work overtime
• Transport options:
  • Bicycle distance up to 15 km
  • Car commute possible up to 40 km
• Training provided:
  • Workplace training on your first day
  • VCA Basic Training after 3 months
• Work environment: Clean, modern, well-equipped factory with a strong focus on sustainability and teamwork
