As an Industrial – Spray Painter, you are responsible for finishing both new and renovated bodywork and vehicle builds. You’ll ensure surfaces are correctly prepped and coatings are professionally applied, resulting in a flawless, high-quality finish.

Your key tasks include:

• Preparing surfaces (cleaning, sanding, and masking)
• Applying primer, paint, and finishing coats using various spraying techniques
• Ensuring uniform, defect-free finishes
• Inspecting final results to meet high-quality standards
• Maintaining spray booths, tools, and workspace
• Complying with safety and environmental regulations

This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role in a professional and innovative environment.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a spray painter, preferably in the bodywork or automotive industry (at least 1-2 years)
• Proficiency in various spraying techniques and knowledge of different paint types
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions precisely
• Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic work environment
• In possession of a VCA certificate (or willing to obtain one)
• Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills

Working Conditions

• Salary: €500 – €600 net/week (based on 40 hours)
• Schedule: Full-time, with overtime possible
• Transportation: Car or electric bike provided by the agency
