As an Assembly Mechanic, you will play a key role in the production process at John Deere Horst. You will be part of a team responsible for assembling high-tech agricultural machinery with a focus on precision, safety, and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Assembling mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic components
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and instructions
• Using hand and power tools in a safe and effective manner
• Performing quality checks throughout the assembly process
• Collaborating with your team to meet production goals
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Working in a day shift schedule

Job Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should bring the following:

• Prior experience in a technical, mechanical, or assembly-related role (at least 1-2 years)
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Good technical insight and practical problem-solving skills
• A proactive and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to attend an in-person interview at John Deere
• Ability to take a short technical test during the interview (10 questions shown on-screen)
• Preferably, candidates have their own vehicle
