The client is a prominent international player and part of the Japan-based Chugoku Marine Paints (CMP) Group, which has been a world leader in the coating industry for over a century. From their advanced production facility in Heijningen, they specialize in developing and manufacturing high-performance marine, industrial, and container coatings.

Duties & Responsibilities

As a Production Employee, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Process Line Management: Controlling and monitoring the manufacturing process lines.
• Troubleshooting: Intervening quickly and efficiently in the event of any line disruptions.
• Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhering to company safety regulations and procedures.
• Workspace Maintenance: Keeping your tools and the overall working environment clean and organized.

This is a dynamic workplace with a great team spirit. Organized transportation to and from the work location and comfortable housing are all taken care of.

Payment Cycle: Every 4 weeks

Requirements

• Language: A good command of the English language.
• Experience: Previous experience in similar production or industrial positions is mandatory;
• Work Ethic: A hard worker with a reliable, hands-on attitude.
• Couples: While comfortable housing facilities are available, please note that to meet strict production and shift demands, couples or friends may occasionally be placed in separate accommodation units or assigned to different lines depending on operational availability.
• Accommodation: Employees may have to share rooms with other tenants.
