The client provides complete e-commerce fulfillment services for thousands of webshops, managing product storage, automated order processing, and worldwide shipping across dozens of modern warehouses in the Netherlands. We are looking for a large group of motivated, experienced Order Pickers and Logistics Employees to join the team in Gorinchem during the upcoming busy period.

In this role, you will work across both inbound and outbound departments, taking pride in handling customer products meticulously while assembling orders efficiently and accurately.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Order Picking & Assembly: Lightning-fast and precise picking of webshop products according to customer orders.
• Scanner Operation: Using handheld barcode scanners to locate, pick, register, and process items.
• Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Receiving, unpacking, inspecting, and stowing incoming goods, as well as preparing outbound orders for shipment.
• Quality & Care: Meticulously inspecting products and ensuring items are packed and handled safely.
• Workspace Maintenance: Maintaining a tidy, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Working Hours & Shifts

Flexible shift availability across morning, afternoon, and night operations:

• Morning Shift: 08:00 – 17:00
• Afternoon Shift: 15:00 – 00:00 (24:00)
• Night Shift: 00:00 (24:00) – 08:00

Candidate Requirements & Preferences

• Experience: Prior experience in logistics or order picking activities is required.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience working with barcode scanners.
• Language Proficiency: Good English communication skills.
• Mindset & Qualities: Flexible, meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
