About the Role

As a Warehouse Employee, your days will be dynamic, diverse, and fast-paced. Guided by an intuitive handheld scanning system, you will play a critical role in ensuring international orders are processed, packed, and shipped out on time. Because you will be handling bulk shipments, media cartons, and operating heavy warehouse equipment, this role is physically active and excellent for staying in shape.

Key Responsibilities

• Multifaceted Logistics: Seamlessly rotate across essential warehouse functions, including order picking, sorting, stocking, and packing outbound orders.
• Machinery Operation: Safely operate an EKS (Vertical Order Picker) to select and move high-bay pallets throughout the facility.
• Digital Inventory Tracking: Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse systems to log inventory movements accurately and quickly.
• Physical Handling: Comfortably manage physically demanding warehouse tasks, including heavy lifting, structural pallet building, and active foot coordination.

Irregularity Shift Allowances:

• • Monday to Friday (18:30 PM – 07:00 AM): +20% hourly premium
  • Saturdays: +40% hourly premium
  • Sundays: +85% hourly premium

Generous Overtime Structure (Beyond 40 hours/week):

• • Standard Workdays: +25% overtime premium
  • Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays: +100% overtime premium (Double-time pay)

The client operates multiple specialized departments, allowing you to find a shift pattern that perfectly fits your lifestyle:

• Morning Shift: Monday (06:00 AM – 04:30 PM) | Tuesday to Friday (07:30 AM – 04:00 PM).
• Evening Shift: Monday to Wednesday (04:00 PM – 01:00 AM) | Thursday to Friday (04:30 PM – 01:00 AM).
• Night Shift: Sunday to Wednesday (10:00 PM – 06:30 AM).
