Are you a skilled reach truck operator looking for a stable, long-term position with an industry leader? Our client is seeking dedicated Reach Truck Drivers to join their state-of-the-art cheese packaging and slicing center in Leerdam.

In this role, you will be a vital part of a massive logistics team (comprising roughly 400 employees from over 30 countries) responsible for moving and organizing world-famous cheese brands like Frico and Milner. Key Responsibilities

• Product Movement: Safely and efficiently operate a reach truck to transport goods to their correct storage and production locations.
• Safety & Maintenance Checks: Conduct daily safety and operational inspections on your reach truck, promptly reporting any deviations or issues.
• Warehouse Organization: Actively assist in keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, well-structured, and compliant with safety protocols.

The base salary for the role is €17.13 gross per hour.with rich bonus strucrures and allowances.

• Overtime Incentive: 30% extra allowance for hours worked beyond the standard 36-hour week.
• Saturday Premiums: * 30% extra for hours worked up to 15:00.
  • 60% extra for hours worked between 15:00 and 22:00.
• Sundays & Holidays Premiums: * 120% extra for hours worked up to 22:00.
  • 40% extra for late hours between 22:00 and 00:00.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Certifications: A valid reach truck certificate is mandatory.
• Experience: Prior experience in warehouse logistics or technical production environments.
• Language Skills: Good communication proficiency in either English or Dutch.
• Flexibility: Full availability to work a strict 3-shift weekly rotation (Mornings/Afternoons/Nights, Monday through Friday).
• Mobility: A category B driver's license is highly preferred (at least 1 out of every 3 candidates must have a valid license).
• Age: Candidates must be 20 years of age or older.
