Job Vacancy: Reachtruck Operator

Role Overview

Our client is seeking skilled Reachtruck Operators to join a professional logistics team in Oud-Gastel. This role is vital for the safe and efficient handling of goods within a high-volume, modern warehouse environment. You will be responsible for the precision placement of products in storage racks reaching heights of up to 16 meters.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Reach Operation: Expertly operating a reach truck to manage inventory at significant heights.
• Inventory Organization: Ensuring goods are accurately placed and the warehouse remains organized.
• Logistics Support: Actively supporting the broader warehouse logistics process to maintain efficiency.
• Safety & Accuracy: Maintaining the highest standards of safety and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

The role offers a gross hourly wage of €18.15. The hourly rate includes a 10% shift allowance, which is paid during every shift.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team in a facility that values high safety standards.

This position offers a structured and predictable rotating shift schedule:

• Morning Shift: 06:30 – 15:30.
• Afternoon/Evening Shift: 15:30 – 00:30.

Candidate Requirements

• Certification: A valid reachtruck certificate is mandatory.
• Experience: A minimum of three years of demonstrable experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse.
• Fast-Paced Experience: Proven ability to work in high-volume, dynamic logistics settings.
• Language Skills: Communicative level of English is required for workplace instructions and safety.
• Availability: Full-time availability and a willingness to work the specified rotating shifts.
• Accommodation: Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom)
• Partner: Accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or a partner
