The company is a well-known family-owned company in the automotive industry with strong Dutch roots and an open culture, specializing in manufacturing more than 80 different versions of fuel tanks for trucks through an impressive semi-automated production process.

Job Overview & Responsibilities

Working along an impressive semi-automated production process—from raw sheet metal to finished truck fuel tanks—you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines. Your duties include:

• Setting up machines according to specifications, ensuring correct calibration, and adjusting settings when necessary.
• Operating assigned machines during production runs while closely monitoring output for quality and efficiency.
• Regularly inspecting machines to identify possible malfunctions or irregularities.
• Performing quality checks to ensure products meet established standards and taking corrective action when deviations occur.
• Strictly following all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.

Work takes place in a rotating shift system, including both 2 and 3 shifts. The gross monthly salary is between €2,950 and €3,200 gross per month, depending on experience.

Shift Allowances:

• • 16% for the 2-shift system.
  • 20% for the 3-shift system.

Additional Benefits: 8% holiday allowance, 27 vacation days, 13 ATV days (additional paid days off), a travel allowance, and a vitality bonus for low sickness absence.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 1 year of recent experience working as a machine operator.
• Technical & Physical Skills: Able to understand technical manuals, physically capable of lifting and moving materials, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Work Attitude: Enjoys teamwork while remaining fully capable of working independently, eager to learn, and adaptable.
• System: Willingness to work in rotating shift schedules, including both 2-shift and 3-shift systems
• Accommodation and Partner: Willing to share a room and accomodation with other tenants.
