Our client is looking for dedicated Production Workers to join their assembly line team in Alphen aan den Rijn. You will be essential in the production of high-quality sandwiches and preparing the necessary ingredients. This is a full-time role (38–40 hours per week) with a generous starting salary and excellent shift bonuses.

Role and Responsibilities

You will be working as a production worker helping to make sandwiches on the assembly line and prepare the ingredients18. Your main tasks will include:

• Helping to make sandwiches according to the rules
• Working in different production lines
• Ensuring the production process runs smoothly together with your colleagues
• Working in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations
• Keeping your workplace neat and clean

The salary for the role is €15.28 gross per hour, with a typical weekly workload of 38-40 hours. Employees work one shift from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Shift Rate Supplements and Allowances:

• • 130% rate on Saturdays
  • 150% rate on Sundays
  • 200% rate on Public holidays
  • Reserved Vacation Hours: 10.92%
  • Holiday Allowance: 8.33%

Requirements:

• A CV in English with stable work experience is mandatory to apply;
• Criminal record check required before arrival;
• Must be physically fit;
• Being able to work mostly at 10° C;
• Being able to work from Monday to Sunday (5 days a week);
• Must have no nuts or peanut allergies;
• No piercings, fake nails, or make-up allowed;
• Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom);
• Accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or a partner.
