Are you an experienced Powder Coater who takes pride in delivering high-quality finishes on metal products? We are looking for a skilled professional to join a metalworking company. As a Powder Coater, you will be responsible for preparing metal components, applying powder coatings, and inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

You will be involved in different stages of the powder coating process, from hanging and preparing metal parts to coating, quality control, and equipment cleaning. Tasks rotate regularly within the team, making this a varied and practical position.

Your Responsibilities

• Preparing and correctly hanging metal components before powder coating.
• Applying powder coating to metal surfaces according to quality standards.
• Inspecting finished products to ensure an even, smooth, and high-quality finish.
• Identifying coating defects and helping improve the production process.
• Rotating between different tasks within the powder coating department.
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure efficient production.
• Cleaning and maintaining powder coating equipment and work areas.
• Correctly using personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Recording daily working hours and following production procedures.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workplace.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of previous hands-on experience as a Powder Coater.
• Experience with spray painting is an advantage.
• Good understanding of surface finishing and coating quality standards.
• Accurate working attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to recognize coating defects and maintain consistent quality.
• Flexible and willing to perform different tasks within the production process.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible attitude towards safety and correct use of equipment.

What We Offer

• Salary: €560 net per week,
• Gross hourly rate: €19.50.
• Day shift: 07:17 – 16:15.
