Are you technically skilled, do you enjoy working with machines, and would you like to contribute to the production of high-quality asphalt products? We are looking for a motivated Operator for our asphalt plant in the Netherlands. As an Operator, you will play an important role in the production process by ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the installations and machinery.

As an Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the production installations. You will work closely with laboratory technicians to ensure that production processes run smoothly and meet the required quality standards. You will work under the supervision of the Asphalt Installation Supervisor in a dynamic environment where teamwork and communication are essential.

Work Schedule

• Day shift: 05:00 – 14:00
• Evening shift: 20:00 – 04:00
• Alternating weekly shifts

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Operating production installations and machinery
• Setting up equipment for asphalt mixture production
• Monitoring production processes and preventing malfunctions
• Performing minor maintenance and solving small technical issues
• Working together with laboratory staff on quality control

Candidate Profile

• At least 2 years of experience operating industrial machines
• Technical understanding and problem-solving skills
• Own transport
• Responsible and motivated attitude
• Ability to work in shifts
