Mogema is a high-tech specialist in machining, welding, assembly, and vacuum technology. The company focuses on producing fully qualified, ultra-large, and highly accurate machine frames, vacuum chambers, and mechatronic subsystems. Within the welding department, base frames are manufactured for vacuum chambers used in chip production. These products require extremely high-quality standards. After welding, all frames are blasted and thoroughly inspected for even the smallest defects, which must then be repaired.

As a MIG/MAG welder, you will start with repair work and, depending on your skills and development, gradually progress to more complex tasks such as assembling frame components.

Job Description

• Welding and repairing base frames for vacuum chambers
• Working with black steel (>5 mm)
• Inspecting and correcting welds to meet strict quality standards
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Gradually advancing to more complex welding and assembly tasks

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in MIG/MAG welding (black steel >5 mm)
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Knowledge of materials, especially black steel
• High level of precision and accuracy
• Positive work attitude and reliability
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system

Terms of Employment

• Net salary: €15.00 per hour (including shift allowance)
• Possible overtime: 10–15 hours/week (€15.00 net/hour)
• Weekly earnings including overtime: €750 – €825 net
• 27 paid holidays per year (20 vacation days + 7 public holidays)
• Accommodation and health insurance included (no extra cost)
