Are you interested in working with CNC machines but don't have any experience yet? We are looking for a motivated Metal Production Employee / Junior CNC Milling Operator who is eager to learn and develop technical skills in the metalworking industry.

Our client is an experienced metalworking company specializing in the production of high-quality precision metal components for various industries. The company uses modern CNC machinery to manufacture turned and milled parts with accurate tolerances. As a Junior CNC Milling Operator, you will learn how to operate 3-axis CNC milling machines and help produce large series of metal components. You will receive on-the-job training from experienced CNC professionals, who will guide you through machine operation, production monitoring, and quality control.

Previous CNC experience is NOT required! We are looking for someone with basic technical understanding, a hands-on attitude, and a strong willingness to learn.

Your Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily production orders and metalworking activities.
• Learning how to operate 3-axis CNC milling machines.
• Monitoring CNC machines and ensuring smooth production processes.
• Checking manufactured metal components for quality and accuracy.
• Learning how to identify and solve basic production issues.
• Following instructions and working alongside experienced CNC operators.
• Developing practical CNC machining and technical skills.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workplace.

Requirements

• No previous CNC experience required – willingness to learn is essential!
• Basic technical understanding and interest in machinery or metalworking.
• Stable working history.
• Practical, hands-on working attitude.

What We Offer

• Salary: €500 net per week.
