Are you an experienced Maintenance Mechanic looking for a stable, long-term position in the Netherlands? We are looking for a hands-on mechanic to join a professional production environment in Utrecht.

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for keeping modern production machinery running safely and efficiently. You will work in a stable and modern production environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are important. The company offers a supportive working atmosphere with opportunities to develop your technical skills and take on more responsibility over time.

Your main tasks will include:

• Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment
• Detecting and diagnosing technical malfunctions
• Performing repairs and replacing faulty components
• Working with different mechanical and technical systems
• Cooperating with other mechanics and production operators
• Contributing ideas for technical improvements and preventive maintenance
• Recording completed maintenance and repair work in the system
• Ensuring all work is performed according to safety and quality standards

You will work in day shifts as part of a close-knit technical team.

Requirements:

• Completed technical education at vocational level or equivalent
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in technical maintenance or a similar position
• Good mechanical and technical understanding
• Ability to identify and solve technical problems independently
• VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one
• Team-oriented and proactive attitude
• Willingness to work and live in the Netherlands

What do we offer?

• Expected salary: €550–€650 net per week, depending on experience and ET regulation
• The indicated net salary is after deduction of accommodation and health insurance
• Gross salary approximately €3,300–€4,500 per month, depending on experience and applicable collective agreement
