Our client is looking for a dedicated Technical Operator to join their production team. Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Operator, your day-to-day will involve a mix of operational excellence and technical problem-solving:

• Process Management: Operate, monitor, and adjust production machinery to ensure we hit speed and quality targets.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and resolve first-line malfunctions. You are the go-to person when a machine stops.
• Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks (lubrication, part replacement, cleaning) to keep the equipment in peak condition.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular checks to ensure all products meet our high standards and hygiene regulations.
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the engineering team to suggest and implement process improvements using principles like 5S or Lean.
• Safety First: Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to all PPE and health and safety protocols.

This role offers competititve pay of a gross monthly salary based on your experience, along with attractive shift allowances. The base pay is 20.38 euros per hour (gross). This is a long-term role. The client is looking fro long-term partners, not just temporary help.

In addition to the generous salary and bonuses, employees will also get access to specialised training (VCA, NEN3140, PLC systems) to help them advance to a Senior Operator or Maintenance Technician role.

Requirements

The perfect candidate is someone who takes ownership of their workstation and has a "can-do" mindset.

• Education: MBO level 2 or higher in a technical field (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred).
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a similar technical or production environment.
• Skills: Strong mechanical insight and the ability to read technical drawings or electrical diagrams.
• Language: Proficient in English (Dutch is a major plus).
• Mindset: A problem-solver who works well under pressure and enjoys working in a team.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in a shift rotation (allowances included)
