Sif Netherlands B.V. is looking for experienced Grinders who can start ASAP – before the end of the year, with a possibility of working during the holiday season. As a Grinder, you will be responsible for processing and finishing metal parts to meet quality and safety standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Grinding and polishing weld seams and surfaces
• Inspecting the quality of processed parts
• Maintaining tools and equipment
• Following all safety regulations and company procedures
• Completing a game-based assessment before starting

Job Requirements

To qualify for this role, candidates must have:

• 2–4 years of experience in the technical sector
• Valid VCA or willingness to obtain it after arrival – candidates will have to pass VCA in English
• Experience with grinding and polishing techniques
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to maintain tools and equipment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
