Are you looking for a stable, fast-paced role in the food manufacturing sector? We are seeking motivated and adaptable General Production Workers to support multiple premier clients across the Netherlands.
This is a highly dynamic position that combines typical duties performed in various production environments, including food manufacturing facilities, packing plants, and meat-processing hubs. Because you may support different companies, everyday tasks can vary—making flexibility and a positive attitude your greatest assets.
Key Responsibilities
As a flexible production worker, you will support various stages of the manufacturing process, which include:
- Line Production: Follow and support the step-by-step production process directly on the assembly and processing lines.
- Hygiene & Safety: Strictly adhere to all corporate food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
- Workplace Maintenance: Keep your designated production station and the overall workplace neat, clean, and tidy.
- Department Rotation: Support specialized areas, including the cooking department, which features multiple sub-departments (full on-the-job training will be provided).
The base salary for the roles is €14.71 gross per hour (based on a 40-hour work week). With additional Holiday Allowance (8.33%) and shift premiums.
The dmployers fully provides all necessary working clothes and specialized Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Lastly, shared housing is available; candidates must be willing to live in a shared room and share common areas (such as the kitchen and bathroom).
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Mandatory prior experience working in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Language Skills: A professional CV written in English is required to apply.
- Dietary & Environment Flexibility: You must be perfectly comfortable working around meat, vegetable, or bakery products, and capable of working in a loud/noisy manufacturing environment.
- Schedule Flexibility: Full flexibility with working schedules, including separate shift rotations and a readiness to work on weekends.
- Dress Code Regulations: For food safety, you must wear long trousers and closed-toe shoes. Absolutely no jewelry, false nails, or false eyelashes are permitted on the production floor.
- Accommodation: Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom)
- Partner: Accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or a partner
