For ENERPAC we are looking for a motivated and technically minded Cylinder Builder to join the production team. This is a long-term position with an immediate start, and previous experience is not mandatory, making it a good opportunity for someone practical who wants to develop their technical skills.

As a Cylinder Builder, you will work with large hydraulic cylinders used in heavy lifting systems. You will be involved in the complete assembly process, from preparing individual components to assembling and testing the finished cylinders.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cleaning large hydraulic cylinder components
• Inspecting parts for damage or abnormalities
• Installing seals and other components
• Assembling hydraulic cylinders according to specifications
• Testing completed cylinders and checking their functionality
• Identifying technical issues and solving problems where possible
• Keeping your workplace clean, organized, and safe

Requirements

• Experience in assembly, mechanical engineering or hydraulics
• Good technical understanding and practical insight
• Hands-on and accurate working style
• Physically fit and comfortable working with large and heavy components
• Safety-conscious and responsible
• Motivated and willing to learn
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Willing to obtain lifting and/or forklift certificates if required

What we offer

• Salary: €560–€660 net per week based on 40 hours
• 40-hour working week, 5 days / 8 hours per day
