Our client is a specialized manufacturing company operating in the industrial sector. They focus on producing high-quality plastic components using modern CNC milling technology. The company works with advanced CAD/CAM systems and produces custom parts, not serial production. Innovation, precision, and independence are key values within the organization.

As a CNC Miller Programmer, you will work in a 2-shift system that rotates weekly. You will operate and program 5-axis CNC milling machines independently, using modern CAD/CAM software.

Your role is split evenly between programming and machine operation, offering a varied and technically challenging workday.

Your responsibilities include:

• Programming CNC milling machines (approx. 50% of your time)
• Operating and setting up 5-axis CNC milling machines (approx. 50%)
• Working with CAD/CAM systems such as Edgecam and Vectorcam
• Producing custom plastic parts for the industrial sector
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Ensuring high precision and quality standards
• Working independently on assigned machines

Shift system:

• 06:00 – 14:30
• 14:30 – 23:00
• (Weekly rotation)

Occasional overtime on Saturdays may be required.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• At least 3 years of experience in CNC milling
• Experience with 5-axis milling machines
• Experience with CAD/CAM programming (Edgecam / Vectorcam)
• Experience with Siemens control systems (preferred)
• Knowledge of automation processes
• Ability to work independently and accurately
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
