ColliCare Logistics Netherlands is looking for a reliable and motivated International CE cat. Truck Driver to join our Road Transport and Air Freight department.

As an International Truck Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient loading, unloading, delivery and transportation of goods by trailer and container.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Loading, transporting and unloading goods safely and correctly.
• Carrying out checks when receiving and delivering cargo.
• Reporting completed trips and daily results to the planning department.
• Keeping planners informed about delays, accidents, damage, incorrect loads, missing or incorrect documentation, changes to unloading addresses, vehicle problems and other deviations.
• Following loading and unloading instructions and immediately reporting any deviations.
• Ensuring that CMR consignment notes are correctly signed by the recipient.
• Correctly managing transport and vehicle documentation, including consignment notes, weighbridge tickets, permits, Eurovignettes, fuel cards, timesheets and inspection documents.
• Checking equipment and reporting defects or damage to vehicles, equipment and goods.
• Complying with regulations regarding driving and rest times.
• Keeping the vehicle and equipment clean and in good condition.
• Performing other transport-related duties when required.

You will work closely with our planning team and report to the Planner and Transport Manager.

As a driver, you have the authority to stop work if, in your reasonable judgement, continuing would create a danger to yourself or others, or could result in damage to equipment.

At customer locations, unsafe situations should first be discussed with the contact person on site. If the situation cannot be resolved, you must contact ColliCare immediately.

Requirements:

• Driving licence C + CE.
• Valid Code 95.
• Valid driver card.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional truck-driving experience.

We are looking for a professional driver who is:

• Comfortable working independently in an international transport environment.

Preferred but not mandatory:

• ADR certificate.
• Forklift and/or Reach Truck certificate.

Drivers are responsible for keeping their driving license, driver card, ADR certificate (where applicable) and Code 95 qualifications valid and up to date. A declaration of employment must also be carried as required.
