As a Car Mechanic at Van Mossel Peugeot Citroën, you will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles to ensure they perform safely and efficiently. You will work with modern diagnostic equipment and the latest automotive technologies in a professional workshop environment.

Your Tasks

• Performing maintenance and repair work on vehicles
• Diagnosing mechanical and technical issues using diagnostic tools
• Conducting vehicle inspections to identify defects or necessary repairs
• Replacing and repairing damaged or defective parts
• Carrying out routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake checks, and tire services
• Ensuring all repairs are completed accurately and efficiently
• Collaborating with colleagues to provide excellent customer service
• Keeping the workshop clean and organized
• Staying updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience as a car mechanic
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
• Experience working with diagnostic equipment and tools
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Relevant technical education or certifications
• Motivated and passionate about the automotive industry
