Our partner is currently looking for an assembly employee with experience to join their team!

As an assembly employee, you will be responsible for the following:

• Setting, adjusting, and operating production machines
• Assembling and fitting heat exchangers
• Performing minor maintenance tasks (TPM)
• Keeping the workspace clean and organized (5S)
• Ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Packing radiators for shipment
• Communicating effectively and working collaboratively in a team

The starting salary is €15.06 gross per hour, including €0.85 ADV allowance/hour and an additional 10.5% holiday allowance and irregular holiday hours. You will work Monday through Friday with stable hours, apporximately 40/per week.

Requirements:

• CV in English is required to apply for this position;
• Technical insights and previous experience working as an assembly employee or similar positions;
• Ambitious and willing to learn and grow;
• Flexible and able to adapt quickly from one task to another;
• Able to work independently and accurately;
• Willingness to live and work with multiple nationalities;
• Available to stay longer in the Netherlands.
