For a major petrochemical project in Antwerp (Belgium) we are looking for an experienced Work Planner / Project Coordinator. This is a long-term and opportunity for at least 1.5 years. Our client is a specialized contractor operating in the petrochemical industry, focused on industrial cable pulling, cable installation, and electrical infrastructure projects. The work takes place in complex industrial environments where safety, planning, and coordination are essential.

As a Work Planner / Project Coordinator, you will be the central point of coordination within the project. You will ensure that projects run smoothly from preparation until completion.

Your responsibilities include:

• Planning and coordinating daily operations
• Monitoring project progress and administration
• Communication with clients, suppliers, site teams, and management
• Managing project documentation and invoicing
• Maintaining overview and structure on site
• Supporting operational and technical activities

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience as Work Planner in industrial environment
• Experience with cable pulling / cable installation projects
• VCA-B certificate is a plus (can be arranged after arrival)

What We Offer

• Gross hourly salary: €23 – €27
• Approx. net salary: from €830 per week
• Overtime paid
• Minimum 1.5 years of stable work
• Working hours: 40 per week
• Working days: Monday – Friday
