Your Responsibilities

As a Production Worker, you will play an active role in the manufacturing and finishing process.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparation: Preparing metal products thoroughly for the powder coating process.
• Line Operations: Hanging metal components accurately onto the active coating line.
• Quality Control: Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet strict quality standards.
• Safety: Following safety procedures diligently and maintaining a clean, safe working environment.

The estimated take-home pay for the role per week is around €466 (calculated after deductions for accommodation and health insurance).

Additionally, shift allowances applied to your hours worked within the 3-shift system.

Requirements:

• Flexibility: A strong willingness to work within a structured 3-shift system.
• Physical Fitness: Good physical condition to manage the active demands of the production floor.
• Experience: Previous experience is welcome but not required.
• Accommodation: Willing to share rooms with other tenants (workers).
