Join Martens EKO B.V., a family-owned, eco-conscious company that processes wood into premium shavings for horse bedding and wood pellets for renewable energy. The team is currently looking for a Production Operator who will keep the production line running smoothly.

Your Role

As a Production Operator, you'll help keep our modern production lines running smoothly:

• Set up, operate, and monitor machines
• Perform minor repairs and troubleshooting
• Operate a forklift to move raw materials and finished goods
• (Optional) Learn or apply welding, drilling, sawing, or bending
• Work in a rotating 3-shift system (includes some Saturdays)

Note that the salary for the role is €16/hour + Shift Allowances (€480–€680 net/week) and work takes place in three shifts (Morning: 06:00–14:00, Afternoon: 14:00–22:00, Night: 22:00–06:00). Successful candidates will also have their single-room accommodation near the workplace, where they can travel by bicycle.

Requirements:

• Technical mindset and comfort with machines
• Independence and attention to safety and quality
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Experience in production is a plus—but not a must
• Forklift or welding experience is a bonus (training can be provided)
• Good English skills (minimum B1 level)
• Willing to commute by bike or private transport
