CNC Milling Operator (Machining Centers) (Plastic Parts) (€610 – €640 net per week) Netherlands, v Holandsku

We are looking for an experienced CNC Milling Operator to join our client specializing in industrial plastics machining. You will be responsible for machining a wide variety of plastic parts — from single-piece production to large series — using modern CNC milling machines equipped with Siemens or Winmax (Hurco) control systems.

This role requires precision, independence, and technical insight. You’ll contribute directly to the production of high-quality plastic components used across multiple industries, while maintaining a clean and well-organized workspace.

Your Responsibilities

• Independently set up and operate CNC machining centers
• Perform milling operations on plastic workpieces according to drawings and instructions
• Measure and inspect dimensions and tolerances of finished products
• Discuss program improvements or adjustments with the CNC programmer
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on machines
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the workplace
• Participate in shift handovers and weekly team meetings

Job Requirements

• Accurate, motivated, and detail-oriented
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience with CNC milling machines (preferably including 5-axis) (at least 2 years)
• Experience with Siemens and/or Winmax (Hurco) controls — or willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in two shifts:
  • Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:30
  • Afternoon shift: 14:20 – 22:50

What We Offer

• Salary: €16.00–€16.50 net per hour
• Weekly pay: approx. €610–€640 net for 40 hours (depending on experience)
