Join the team at Hollander, a leading logistics company specializing in fresh and packaged food products. As an Order Picker, you’ll work in a temperature-controlled warehouse (between +4°C and +8°C) handling vegetables, fruits, dairy, pastries, and more.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders using a voice-picking system
• Operate a CC cart
• Load and unload goods
• Wrap and prepare packages
• Sort containers
• Perform cleaning and basic maintenance
• May be reassigned to the fruit and vegetable sorting hall (no change in pay)

Requirements

• Willingness to work in shifts
• Motivation and long-term commitment
• Certificate of No Criminal Record (for accommodation)
• Prohibited: Sweatpants, jewelry, painted nails
• Recommended: Bring a raincoat
• Required to work during Christmas and Easter holidays

Note that the base salary for the role is €14.85 gross per hour with various allowances and shift bonuses. The warehouse operates 7 days per week and candidates will have a typical workweek of 5-6 days in various shifts.Overtime possible based on workload. Shift pairing is not guaranteed for applicants applying as a couple.

Shifts:

• Shift I: 05:00 – 13:30
• Shift II: 16:00 – 00:00

Allowances and & Pay

• Base hourly wage (21+ years): €14.85 gross
• Total with bonuses (holiday + vacation): €17.70 gross/hour
• Age-based rates (18–19 years: €12.14 gross/hour), (20 years: €14.05 gross/hour), (21+ years: €14.85 gross/hour)

Shift Bonuses:

Weekdays (Mon–Fri)

• 06:00–19:00: Base rate (€14.85)
• 19:00–23:00: +25% (€18.56)
• 23:00–06:00: +40% (€20.79)

Saturday 23:00–00:00: +100% (€29.70)

Sunday 00:00–23:00: +100% (€29.70)
