We are currently looking for an experienced CNC Turner Programmer to join a professional manufacturing company. The company specializes in high-precision machining and works with modern CNC turning machines.

As a CNC Turner Programmer, you will be responsible for programming and operating CNC turning machines using Siemens controls. Your work will include setting up machines, making adjustments, and managing production runs ranging from single pieces to small batches.

You will ensure that the production process runs smoothly while maintaining high precision and quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Programming CNC turning machines using Siemens control systems
• Setting up machines and preparing them for production
• Managing production runs from 1 to 10 pieces
• Making fine machine adjustments to ensure optimal performance
• Monitoring machining processes and ensuring quality standards
• Troubleshooting minor machine issues during production
• Measuring and inspecting finished parts to ensure they meet specifications

Job Requirements

CNC Experience

• Experience working with CNC turning machines
• Ability to program CNC machines using Siemens controls

Machine Setup & Adjustments

• Knowledge of machine setup procedures
• Ability to perform precise machine adjustments

Production Handling

• Experience with small production runs
• Ability to maintain consistent quality across production batches

Technical Knowledge

• Good understanding of CNC machining processes
• Knowledge of machining standards and procedures

Quality Control

• Ability to measure and inspect finished parts
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Terms of Employment

• Net salary: €550 – €600 per week
• 38 hours per week
• 1 evening shift per week (flexibility required)
