We are looking for motivated Wood Production & Prefab Workers for several companies in the Netherlands.

You do not need to be an experienced carpenter or woodworker. If you are practical, motivated, comfortable using basic tools and willing to learn, we can help find a position that matches your skills.

Depending on the company, you could help produce wooden building elements, prefab houses, doors, panels, packaging or other wooden products.

What Will You Do?

Your work can include:

• Assembling wooden parts and components
• Measuring and preparing materials
• Sawing, drilling, sanding or finishing wood
• Using basic hand tools and power tools
• Helping to build prefab walls, roofs, floors or frames
• Preparing wooden products for further production
• Packing and preparing finished products
• Checking the quality of your work
• Following work instructions and basic drawings
• Keeping your workplace clean and safe
• Working together with your production team

You will receive instructions and guidance at the workplace. Your exact tasks will depend on your experience and the company where you work.

We are mainly looking for people who:

• Have experience working with tools, wood, and in production environment
• Are motivated and willing to learn
• Enjoy practical, hands-on work
• Have basic technical understanding
• Are comfortable working with basic tools
• Are physically able to perform production work
• Can work accurately and safely
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Are available for full-time work

Practical work experience is required, preferably in production, assembly, construction, carpentry, woodworking, or another technical environment. Direct woodworking experience is an advantage, but is not required for every position.

If you have worked in production or construction before but have limited woodworking experience, we still encourage you to apply.

Being able to read technical drawings is also an advantage, but for many positions you can learn this on the job.
