The client is a specialized food and beverages distributor operating in the Netherlands, supplying goods to healthcare institutions and retail partners. They manage a modern logistics facility in Sassenheim where warehouse employees handle order collection, route preparation, and inventory management in a temperature-controlled environment.

Job Overview & Responsibilities

Working in a multicultural team within a chilled environment (mostly at 10°C), your role encompasses a full range of tasks across the production and logistics line:

• Collecting orders.
• Preparing and organizing orders according to the correct delivery route.
• Assisting with moving products safely within the facility.
• Loading and unloading trucks.

The average workload is 38 hours per week, including the weekend, in a day shift. In addition to the gross hourly wage, workers recieve an 8.33% Holiday Allowance and a 10.92% Reserved Vacation Hours.

Requirements

• Work Profile: Service-oriented and accurate profile with physical aptitude.
• Criminal record check required before arrival
• Preferred Skills & Experience: Prior warehouse experience and a valid driving, EPT, or forklift license.
• Mindset: Comfortable in working independently but also as a part of a team,
