Are you looking for a dynamic role within a cutting-edge logistics environment? Our client in Venray is currently seeking motivated and flexible team members to join its department. As a key player in our warehouse complex, you will work alongside advanced technology to keep our operations running smoothly.

About The Role

While they are primarily hiring for the Only department, flexibility is essential, as tasks can vary across our different warehouse sections. Your core duties will include:

• Order Fulfillment: Picking orders efficiently using cobots (robots).
• Logistics Support: Loading and unloading shipments and stacking cartons on pallets.
• Quality Control: Packing orders, labeling products, and preparing them for shipment.
• Adaptability: Being open to diverse tasks, such as disassembling printers or packing electronic components, depending on department needs.

Note: The Only department requires a high level of physical activity and involves a significant amount of walking.

The salary for the role is €14.71 gross per hour, plus additional shift allowances. This is a stable job with a formal contract of employment, with provided accommodation and work transportation. Those who have their own vehicles will get travel cost reimbursements. Employees also have the possibility to utilise ET regulations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Communication: English proficiency at a B1 level.
• Experience: Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Availability: Ability to work a 3-shift rotation (6:00 AM–2:00 PM / 2:00 PM–10:00 PM / 10:00 PM–6:00 AM) from Sunday through Friday.
• Documentation: A clean criminal record provided within 2 weeks after the start of work.
• Mindset: A flexible attitude and a willingness to rotate between different departments as needed.
• Accommodation: Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom)
