For WILVO, a high-tech manufacturing company specializing in precision sheet metal, components and assemblies, we are looking for experienced TIG Stainless Steel Welders. Due to strong growth and increasing production volumes, WILVO is expanding its team.

This position is ideal for a skilled TIG welder who can independently build complete products from technical drawings. Production mainly consists of one-off products and small series, with a strong focus on stainless steel tubes, cones and other precision components rather than standard platework.

What are you going to do?

• TIG welding of stainless steel, mainly in thicknesses of 0.5–5/6 mm
• Independently building complete products from technical drawings
• Working mainly with tubes, cones and precision stainless steel components
• Preparing, fitting and tack welding components before final welding
• Producing one-off products and small production series
• Checking dimensions and quality during the complete production process
• Finishing welded products to a high-quality standard
• Independently determining the correct assembly and welding sequence
• Working according to WILVO's high quality and precision standards

Requirements:

• Solid professional experience with TIG welding stainless steel (at least 3 years)
• You can independently build and assemble a complete product from a technical drawing
• You are experienced with thin stainless steel, preferably from approximately 0.5 mm upwards
• You have good knowledge of stainless steel materials
• You can accurately read and understand technical drawings
• You have good technical insight and can work independently
• You work precisely and have a strong eye for quality and finishing
• You are willing to work in shifts when required

What do we offer?

• €640 net per week based on 40 hours
• Guaranteed minimum of approximately 10–15 overtime hours per week
• With overtime, expected earnings can reach approximately €800–€850 net per week
