Do you enjoy leading a team while staying hands-on in production? As a Team Leader Production, you guide a small team, ensure quality and efficiency, and actively work alongside your colleagues. This is a role with real responsibility and direct impact on daily operations.

Job Description

In this role, you are responsible for managing and supporting a small production team while maintaining high standards in quality and workflow.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading and motivating a team of 2–7 employees
• Training and guiding new colleagues
• Monitoring production planning and product quality
• Identifying and solving bottlenecks
• Improving workflow and production processes
• Recording production data
• Ensuring safety and order on the work floor
• Working actively in production when needed
• Stopping products that do not meet quality standards

You are present on the work floor, where your leadership has a direct and visible impact on results.

You will work in a modern technical production environment with a strong team spirit and short communication lines. The company focuses on quality, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement, offering you the chance to make a real difference and grow professionally.

Requirements

• Experience in a production (preferably in technical sector) team leader role (at least 1 year)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Technical insight and quality-focused mindset
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to work on the floor
• Experience in coating, paint, or metal production environments is a plus

• Full-time position (38 hours per week)
• Gross hourly salary: €18.00 – €21.00 (+8% holiday allowance)
