Opis stanowiska

We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Employee with a strong technical background to join an innovative company specializing in advanced machinery, industrial systems, and high-tech aerospace modules.

The company is involved in engineering, prototyping, manufacturing, assembly, and installation of complex machinery and technical products. It serves various industries, including aerospace, automotive, mechanical engineering, medical technology, and defense.

As a Quality Control Employee, you will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and approving mechanical and electronic components and complete aerospace modules. You will ensure that every product meets strict technical specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements before delivery. This position requires more than simply identifying visible defects. You must have strong technical understanding and be able to recognize potential problems that could affect the functionality, safety, or performance of a product, even when these problems are not immediately visible.

Your Responsibilities

  • Performing quality inspections on mechanical and electronic components.
  • Inspecting complete assemblies of high-tech aerospace modules.
  • Checking the correct installation and positioning of screws, fittings, sensors, cables, connectors, and other technical components.
  • Performing both visual and non-visual quality inspections to identify defects and potential technical risks.
  • Testing basic product functionalities, including electrical connections, fittings, and cable connections.
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and inspection instructions.
  • Using measuring instruments and inspection tools to verify product quality.
  • Identifying, documenting, and reporting defects or deviations in the quality management system.
  • Supporting functional testing and technical test setups.
  • Performing inspections according to established checklists and quality procedures.
  • Working closely with production, assembly, and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Ensuring that finished products meet the required technical and safety standards.

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of previous professional experience in quality control or technical inspection.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and/or electronic components and assemblies.
  • Technical education at MBO level 3 or 4, or an equivalent qualification in mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
  • Basic experience using measuring instruments and quality inspection tools.
  • Ability to identify both visible defects and potential technical problems that may affect product functionality.
  • Excellent attention to detail and good eyesight to detect very small defects or inaccuracies.
  • Accurate, structured, and responsible working attitude.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with technical teams.
  • Interest in innovative technologies, aerospace modules, sensors, GPS systems, and control technology.
  • Willingness to work overtime during the week or on Saturdays when required, especially after the training period.

What We Offer

  • Net salary: €550 per week, based on 40 working hours.
  • Overtime paid extra:
    • Additional €6 per overtime hour, according to the provided conditions.
    • Weekday overtime: 125%.
    • Saturday overtime: 150%.
  • Working hours: 06:15–14:45.
  • Full-time employment in an innovative, high-tech production environment.
  • Opportunity to work with advanced aerospace modules and technical systems.
  • Internal training and professional guidance in quality control and engineering.
  • Varied technical work with opportunities to develop your skills.
  • Pension scheme.
  • Fully furnished accommodation with WiFi and a private room.
  • Company car and/or electric bike, depending on project and availability.
  • Personal coordinator to assist with practical matters.
