Join King Cuisine’s growing team as a Production Operator, where you'll help create high-quality food products using advanced mixing and cooking machinery. This role is ideal for candidates who are precise, hands-on, and motivated to grow in a structured food production environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Starting, operating, and adjusting filling and packaging equipment
• Monitoring the cooking/mixing process and product quality
• Performing control checks and documenting product data
• Solving minor technical malfunctions
• Consulting with the Team Leader for any process deviations
• Keeping machines and work areas clean
• Following HACCP and BRC standards
• Taking part in internal/external training sessions

General production tasks:

• Inspecting raw materials
• Preparing and weighing ingredients based on recipes
• Operating production machinery properly and safely
• Performing checks (labels, quantities, temperature, pH) and logging data
• Handling waste separation correctly
• Supporting colleagues and stepping in for other roles if necessary

The salary for this role is €14.40/hour during the first week of employment; however, it may jump to €15.82/hour if the employee's performance is good.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as a production operator is mandatory
• Certificate of No Criminal Record (for accommodation)
• Responsible and quality-focused
• Able to follow procedures and safety standards
• Good physical condition
• Willing to work flexible hours if needed
• Comfortable with fast-paced production environments
