As a Portal CE cat. Truck Driver (Portaalwagenchauffeur) you will join Van Happen’s Construction Team in Eindhoven. You’ll handle container transport for both private and business clients:

Main responsibilities:

• Collecting and transporting building & demolition waste using portal-truck setups with combined trailers.
• Handling containers of approximately 4, 6, or 10 m³.
• Delivering and picking up 7–12 construction containers per day.
• Starting your workday between 06:00 and 07:00.
• Unloading full containers at our sorting hall.
• Working closely with the planning team and on-site supervisors.
• Occasionally working on Saturdays.

Requirements

• Mandatory: CE driving license, valid Code 95, and driver’s card.
• Experience driving a portal truck (at least 1-2 years)
• Experience with molenstel, triangel, or schamel is useful (training can be provided).
• Good physical condition for physically demanding work.
• Social, friendly, punctual, hands-on mindset.

Working Conditions

• Based at the main site in Eindhoven.
• Small, efficient team with short communication lines.
• Flexible working times mainly between 6:00 – 18:00.
• Average 50 working hours per week.
• You’ll be home daily and stay in one of the agency's typical Dutch housing locations.
• Shoes provided by the agency; working clothes provided by Van Happen company.
• Private transport preferred; (E)Bike options possible.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary based on experience (minimum 4 years: D6 salary scale).
• Net salary between €800 and €900 per week.
• Annual bonus system (“Hapcoins”) ≈ €500–€600 net per year
