We are looking for skilled and motivated Assembly Workers / Handymen to join our fast-growing modular housing project in the Netherlands. You will work with prefabricated building components in a dynamic international team, helping to assemble modern modular homes from start to finish.

This versatile role includes installing walls and cladding, insulation work, basic carpentry, fitting, sealing, finishing tasks, and small repairs. You will play an important part in ensuring high-quality production and safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• Assembly of modular building components
• Mounting interior and exterior elements
• Installing walls, cladding, insulation, and fixtures
• Basic carpentry, fitting, sealing, and finishing tasks
• Performing small repairs and adjustments
• Operating basic hand and power tools safely
• Ensuring clean and organized workstations
• Following safety procedures and quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, modular house assembly, handyman work, carpentry, or similar roles
• Basic technical and repair skills
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Flexible, reliable, and proactive attitude
• Team player with good communication skills
• Own car for transportation – mandatory
