We are looking for motivated and flexible Warehouse Employees for Rhenus locations in Oirschot, Tilburg, and Son. Depending on your experience and the needs of the client, you may work in different warehouse departments, including order picking, inbound, shipping, packing, rework, medical logistics, or cleaning.

The company manages complex logistics operations for international customers and offers a stable working environment with opportunities for long-term employment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Receive, check, sort, and store incoming goods
• Pick orders using hand scanners, EPTs, forklifts, or reach trucks
• Prepare and pack orders for shipment
• Load and unload containers
• Perform quality checks and return processing
• Carry out value-added services and rework activities
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe

Possible Departments:

• Multiclient: Order picking with EPT and hand scanner
• Philips/Medical: Handling medical equipment and products using EPT, forklift, or reach truck
• Shipping: Loading and unloading boxes from containers
• Inbound: Receiving, sorting, and stacking goods
• Autostore: Order picking, packing, box closing, and VAS
• THV: Order picking involving heavier goods
• Gore Medical: Precise picking and return processing of small medical products
• Cleaner: Warehouse cleaning with machinery
• Rework/Irobot: Handling technical products such as adhesives, sealants, and screws

Working Hours & Allowances:

• 40 hours per week
• Working schedules between 07:00 and 19:00
• Starting times and shifts depend on the location and department
• Monday–Friday overtime above 40 hours: 130%
• Saturday overtime above 40 hours: 150%
• Sunday overtime above 40 hours: 150%
• 8% holiday allowance on normal working hours

Requirements:

• Valid BSN
• Clean criminal record application
• Dutch EPT, forklift, or reach truck certificates where required for the position
• Previous logistics experience is an advantage
• Experience with hand scanners and reach trucks is highly valued
• Accurate, flexible, safety-conscious, and quality-oriented
• Able to prioritize tasks effectively
• Available for long-term employment
• Willing to share accommodation
• If travelling with a partner, willing to work different shifts
