We are looking for motivated and reliable workers to join a growing insulation company specializing in improving the energy efficiency of homes. No previous experience is required – full training is provided. This is a long-term opportunity with immediate starts available.

As an Insulation Sprayer, you will apply spray foam insulation in crawl spaces and other areas of residential buildings. The work is physically demanding and takes place in confined spaces, helping to make homes more energy-efficient and protect them from moisture.

Your duties include:

• Applying spray foam insulation in crawl spaces and residential properties
• Preparing work areas and insulation equipment
• Following safety and quality procedures
• Working closely with your team to complete projects efficiently
• Keeping the workplace clean and organized

Requirements

• Motivated, communicative and reliable attitude
• Physically fit, strong and comfortable working in small/confined spaces
• Experience is not required – full training provided
• Stable work history
• VCA certificate is an advantage (if candidate has it he can start right away, if not, agency can assist in passing the certificate exam)
• BSN is an advantage (if candidate has it he can start right away)

What We Offer

• €510 net per week based on 40 hours
• Regular overtime available (45–50 hours per week is common, resulting in potentially higher weekly earnings)
• Working hours: Travel time between the head office and the project location is fully paid and counted as working time. This means your total paid working hours include both travel and time spent working on-site. For example, if you travel for 2 hours in a day and work 8 hours on-site, you are paid for 10 working hours.
