As a Sprayer at ELM Groep, you are responsible for professionally applying coatings and paint to metal parts and structures. You’ll work with various spraying techniques to achieve a perfect end result. In addition, you’ll carry out preparatory and finishing tasks to ensure the highest quality of spray work.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare materials by sanding, degreasing, masking, and packaging machines
• Apply coatings and paint using various spraying techniques (wet painting, powder coating) on machines
• Check coating thickness and the quality of the applied spray work
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment
• Maintain and clean spray equipment
• Work in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Job Requirements

• Experience with spraying techniques such as wet painting and powder coating (at least 2 years)
• Knowledge of and experience with coatings and paints for metal parts and machines
• Experience in preparing materials (sanding, degreasing, masking)
• Skilled in applying spraying techniques to various surfaces and shapes
• Familiar with checking coating thickness and spray work quality
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for spray work
• Experience maintaining and cleaning spray equipment
• Ability to work according to safety regulations and quality standards
• Preferably, experience in the industry and/or spraying machine parts

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: €500 – €600 per week based on a 40-hour workweek
• Travel expenses reimbursed according to the collective labor agreement (CAO)
