As a CNC Press Brake Operator/Setter, you will be responsible for the setup, programming, and operation of Trumpf CNC press brake machines to bend medium-sized sheet metal parts from materials like stainless steel and aluminum. Your role is key in ensuring the precision, quality, and consistency of components used in diverse industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate Trumpf press brake machines according to job specifications
• Interpret 2D and 3D technical drawings
• Select appropriate press brake tooling and install it correctly
• Perform accurate bending of stainless steel and aluminum sheets
• Use calipers, angle gauges, and other precision instruments to ensure tolerance and quality
• Conduct visual and measurement-based quality control
• Cooperate with production planners, engineers, and welders for efficient workflow

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC press brake operator/setter (at least 2 years)
• Familiarity with Trumpf CNC machines is highly desirable
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Skilled in using measurement tools for quality assurance
• Solid understanding of press brake tooling and bending methods
• Independent, solution-oriented, and quality-conscious approach to work
