Responsibilities

As a Cheese Factory Operator, you play a crucial role in the production process of delicious cheese products, ensuring machines run optimally and product quality is consistently maintained.

Core Responsibilities:

• Monitoring the entire production process and making adjustments where necessary to prevent malfunctions.
• Operating advanced machines and installations, spanning everything from milk reception to the ripening process.
• Performing quality checks and accurately recording production data to guarantee top-tier cheese quality.
• Identifying deviations and reporting them promptly to keep production running smoothly.
• Actively contributing to a clean and safe working environment.

Note that this is a challenging position within a growing and innovative department. Once employed, you will work in a 36-hour work week with shifted day shifts.

Requirements

• Experience: Demonstrable experience as a Cheese Factory Operator or within a similar production environment.
• Technical Skills: Strong technical insight to operate complex machinery and resolve minor malfunctions.
• Work Ethic: Highly accurate with a keen eye for quality, initiative, and a proactive mindset toward process improvements.
• Licence: Driver's licence and ability to drive required.
