As a Drop-Off Combo Driver you will:

• Transport raw materials in drop-off containers within the Netherlands and to neighboring countries (Belgium, Germany).
• Operate and handle a hook-arm (multilift) system yourself – you will load and unload containers on your truck without external help.
• Move materials such as scrap metal, wood, waste, and other raw materials using a drop-off combo vehicle.
• Work on a varied schedule; no two days are the same.
• Occasionally sleep in your truck.
• Work on Saturdays by agreement.

Essential Requirements (Must-Have)

To be considered, you must have:

• A valid CE driving license.
• A valid Code 95 diploma from your home country.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience operating hook-arm / roll-off / multilift container trucks (loading and unloading containers yourself, not just driving).
• Flexibility and willingness to sleep in the truck.
• A social, friendly, punctual, and hands-on mentality.

If you only have experience driving but not operating a hook-arm or self-loading/unloading containers, this role is not suitable.

Work Conditions

• Contract: Initially temporary; long-term or permanent possible when performance meets expectations (with potential to be taken over by the client).
• Workload: Average of 55 hours per week.
• Shifts: Flexibility required; working times are mostly during the day but start and end times vary.
• Transport: Preferably private transportation (optional: (E)-Bike; we try to let employees live close by).

Salary and Benefits

• Based on experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience: D6 salary scale.
• Net salary between €1,000 and €1,300, depending on work schedule and whether candidate rents agency's accommodation.
• Possibility to sleep up to 7 days in the truck and work in a 4-2 system.
• Possibility to work year-round and hire a house from the agency.
• Safety shoes provided by the agency; working clothes to be brought by the worker.

Experience and Training

• Relevant experience is mandatory (minimum 2+ years in a similar position).
• Training will be provided at our training academy in Uden (driving behavior, damages, communication, punctuality).
• Positive test results lead to a 3-day onboarding at VSDV with an experienced driver (linking truck to dock, changing trailers, driving skills).
